Caitlyn Jenner could potentially face vehicular manslaughter charges for her involvement in a fatal car crash on February 7, 2015.
While the district attorney will have the final say on Caitlyn Jenner’s charges next week during the case’s final review, the investigators strongly implied that Jenner’s unsafe driving qualified for manslaughter.
Jenner had an off-road vehicle on a trailer attached to her Cadillac Escalade when she rear-ended two vehicles.
She hit 69 year old Kim Howe’s Lexus, forcing Howe into oncoming traffic where she fatally collided head on with a Hummer.
Howe additional struck Jessica Steindorff’s Prius, who is also suing Jenner for unspecified damages. Howe’s stepchildren are seeking suit for their stepmother, citing great damages.
